A Demi Chef de Partie is required for this quaint country pub situated within a charming town in a picturesque area of Wales.

The gastro pub has won numerous awards and is a beautiful meeting of modern and traditional design with cosy soft furnishings and roaring fires creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all guests.

Their menu is a seasonal a la carte menu and they have an excellent kitchen which is fully equipped with all the latest equipment and the Head Chef has come from a 3AA Rosette background.

Due to the level of this kitchen you will require a high level kitchen background working with food to at least a 1AA Rosette standard.

As Demi Chef de Partie you will:

Be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and you will be taught all the modern techniques in order to produce cuisine of this standard
Have your NVQ's in catering or at least 1 Year experience of working within a professional kitchen
Have a genuine passion for food
Want to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
