CHEF DE PARTIE - MICHELIN STAR - SOMERSET

Chef de Partie required for this Luxury Hotel in Somerset. The hotel has a Gastronomic 3AA Rosette Restaurant and Michelin Star which is modern in décor in keeping with the luxury boutique hotel. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has at least a 2AA Rosette standard background. Their fine dining restaurant holds this award for their cuisine and serves the finest food from the freshest ingredients. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for working on different sections of the kitchen, further training will be provided to enable you to have the ability to do this.

This role will offer an enthusiastic Chef de Partie the opportunity to increase both their knowledge of food and also the opportunity to work within a talented, professional brigade. You will be passionate, talented and hard working and have the drive and determination to work hard to help take this professional brigade onto the next level.

Their Cuisine is Modern British in style and their fine dining restaurant serves around 50 covers per service. All produce is sourced locally and the menu is also seasonal therefore you will increase your knowledge due to working on a regular changing menu. All food is made from scratch using the best techniques and combinations.
