An Assistant Manager is required in Devon for this beautiful gastro pub serving an array of drinks as well as classic British pub food all set in a beautiful location overlooking the Devon Coastline.

To be considered for this role you would need to have experience working as a Manager within a food led pub and not just wet led due to the volume of food served, applicants without this experience aren't able to be considered for the role due to the requirements of the business.

They combine delicious and hearty food with fantastic and friendly service and are now looking for an Assistant Manager who can help lead from the front and who will be able to instil their high standards throughout the team.

As Assistant Manager, you will:

• Primarily be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the pub
• Have a friendly, yet professional persona
• Have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard
• Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
• Be responsible for the smooth running of the pub, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
• Will also be required to cover other areas of the establishment to ensure the high standards are maintained throughout.
