A Restaurant Supervisor is required for this gorgeous luxury hotel set in a stunning location in the Worcestershire countryside.

The fine dining restaurant offers seasonal a la carte menus and taste menus with matching wine flights focusing on only the best ingredients available in the region.

You must have supervisor experience in a similar hotel or restaurant environment and unfortunately without this experience, your application cant be considered.

You will be working a beautifully renovated, country house hotel, oozing luxury and set within a stunning location and providing amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

They are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor with a background in high end restaurants and hotels to join the team and help ensure the smooth running of service.

As Restaurant Supervisor you will:

Report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the restaurant
Be responsible for staff supervision along with ordering and stock control
Have a friendly yet professional persona
Have previous experience of working with an establishment of a similar high standard
Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
