They are looking for someone experienced in food and beverage management within a quality hotel or similar hospitality setting and a natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills.

As Food and Beverage Duty Manager you will:

Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant, bar, lounges, and events
Act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations
Lead and motivate the food and beverage team, providing hands-on support when required
Working closely with senior management and acting as Duty Manager when needed
Maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and efficiency across all outlets
