As Restaurant Manager, you will:

Lead a passionate, friendly front of house team who love what they do.
Deliver a warm, personable guest experience that feels effortless yet polished.
Oversee the smooth running of service from morning through to evening.
Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to showcase the best of Cornwall on the plate and in the experience.
Support, train and motivate your team, helping them to grow within a supportive and caring company.
