As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie, youll work closely with an experienced brigade to maintain the consistently high standards for which the property is known.

Youll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, refine your skills, and play a key role in the smooth running of your section.

As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie you will:

• Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
• Be experienced in running your own section
• Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
